This form is to be used from 1 December 2026. This is provided earlier to help village operators prepare for the new laws.
Operators must use this form to prepare a renovation plan if a former resident is required to pay for renovations to residential premises after permanently vacating a retirement village.
The renovation plan must be given to the resident, or their representative, for review and approval. Any supporting documents, such as quotes, technical drawings, plans or other relevant information, must be provided at the same time as the form.
