A minimum of seven CPD points from elective activities must be obtained each calendar year. Different types of activities attract points at different rates.
Only approved elective activities are acceptable for CPD purposes. The subject areas for these activities will cover:
- latest industry compliance issues
- legislative changes
- work practices.
Your certificate of attendance is your evidence of participation in the CPD program. You may be requested to provide this evidence.
Choosing an elective
You can choose elective activities which are most relevant to the work you carry out. Activities listed below are based on the relevant prescribed professional development subjects. This is set as per Schedule 1A of the Regulations.
Some courses are approved under more than one professional development subject. You can only receive CPD points once for each approved activity.
If you need further information about a CPD activity, contact the training provider.
