A Home Buyers Assistance Account grant pays up to $2,000 of incidental expenses for first-time home buyers in Western Australia.
These expenses can include:
- mortgage registration
- solicitor or conveyancing fees
- valuation fees
- inspection fees
- establishment fees
- mortgage insurance premiums
- other fees related to buying your first home.
The scheme is funded by interest from real estate agents' trust accounts.
