Consumer alerts
Occasionally Consumer Protection publishes alerts warning consumers about certain traders. We also use this page to update consumer about any further legal action against these traders after the alert.
If you purchase from a business under administration via credit card and have not recieved it, you may be eligible for a chargeback.
Home buyers assistance account a guide for first home buyers
The Home Buyers Assistance Account assists people to purchase their first home in Western Australia. Eligible applicants receive a grant of up to $2,000 to reimburse some of the expenses associated with buying their first home.
