Form RP2A Information for the tenant: Disclosure statement by park operator

This form is to be used for a residential parks long-stay tenancy.

This document contains important information about the long-stay agreement.

The park operator must give this document to the tenant before they sign the long-stay agreement.

If the tenant is purchasing or owns the relocatable home, the park operator must give this document at least five (5) working days before the tenant signs the long-stay agreement.

Form RP1F Notice of termination - Vacant possession required for works

This form is to be used for a residential parks long-stay tenancy.

A park operator / managing real estate agent may issue this notice:

  • because the park operator is required to carry out works, and vacant possession of the site under the long-stay agreement, or part of the site, is required in order to complete the works; and
  • if the tenant has been given evidence showing the basis upon which the works will be carried out.

This notice can require vacant possession of the agreed premises before the last day of a period of a periodic tenancy.

Form RP1G Notice of termination - long-stay site to be used for different purpose

This form is to be used for a residential parks long-stay tenancy.

A park operator / managing real estate agent may issue this notice because the site the subject of the long-stay agreement is intended to be used for a different purpose other than as a long-stay site.

This notice can require vacant possession of the agreed premises before the last day of a period of a periodic tenancy.

This notice cannot require vacant possession of the agreed premises before the end of a fixed term tenancy. 

Form RP1E Notice of termination - Park to be used for different purpose

This form is to be used for a residential parks long-stay tenancy.

A park operator / managing real estate agent may issue this notice if the residential park will be closed or used for a purpose other than a residential park.  

This notice can require vacant possession of the agreed premises before the last day of a period of a periodic tenancy.

This notice cannot require vacant possession of the agreed premises before the end of a fixed term tenancy. 

Form RP1J Notice of termination: Abandoned premises

This form is to be used for a residential parks long-stay tenancy.

A park operator / managing real estate agent may issue this notice if the park operator reasonably suspects the tenant has abandoned the agreed premises. 

If the tenant does not apply to the State Administrative Tribunal to dispute this notice within seven (7) days after it is given, the tenant is taken to have abandoned the premises and the long-stay agreement is terminated.

Form RP2B Information for tenant: Voluntary sharing arrangements examples

This form is to be used for a residential parks long-stay tenancy.

This document shows what voluntary sharing arrangement (exit fee arrangement) options are available for at the long-stay site. The document also provides worked examples of how a voluntary sharing arrangement in a long-stay agreement may operate.

Park operators must give this completed document to the prospective tenant before they sign a long-stay agreement with a voluntary sharing arrangement.

Form RP10 Notice to tenant: Proposed rent increase due to increased costs

This form is to be used for a residential parks long-stay tenancy.

A park operator / managing real estate agent may issue this notice to increase the rent payable by the tenant under a long-stay agreement to cover significant residential park operating costs or unforeseen repair costs, and the increase is not provided in the agreement.
