Information sessions for village residents
Join our free in-person information sessions to learn about:
- when the new retirement village changes will happen and the timeframes for each stage; and
- what residents need to know and do to prepare.
You will also have a chance to ask questions and get more information.

How can I find out more?
The key changes for each stage will be available on the Consumer Protection website on the RV Reform page, including a short video presentation which will be available in July 2026.
It will explain the main changes to retirement village laws and what residents and operators need to do to prepare.
Separate information sessions are being provided for village operators and managers. If you are an operator or village manager, please register for a session using the links below.
