Terms and Conditions of Use for online lodgement using ‘MyAssociations’ with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
These terms and conditions are made between the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (“Department”) and your Incorporated Association (“Association”). They are intended to be binding on your Association and its officers and contact person/s (referred to below as “you/your”).
These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Department’s online lodgement service for Incorporated Associations provided at or from its website AssociationsOnline (‘service’).
By using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The service is voluntary. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not use the service.
The Department reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
4. SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS
By using the service you agree that the Department may communicate with you electronically, by telephone, by facsimile or post. You also agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications the Department provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
5. TERMINATION
You may withdraw from the service at any time by notifying the Department in writing, by mail, fax or email using the details below:

The Department may terminate the service or your access to it at any time by giving you notice in writing by mail, fax or email.
6. COPYRIGHT
Copyright of all literary and artistic works comprised in the service is owned or licensed by the Department. Other than for the purposes of and subject to the conditions prescribed under the Copyright Act of 1968 (Cwth), you may not in any form or by means: adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this service; or commercialise any information, products or services obtained from any part of the service without the Department’s written permission. Requests for authorisation should be directed to the Department.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia and are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia.
