Ask Us is a series of education initiatives and publications designed specifically for Aboriginal consumers in Western Australia. 

If you have a question about your mobile phone contract, about your landlord, or if you feel you have been pressured into buying something you really didn’t want, just ask us.

Consumer alerts

Occasionally Consumer Protection publishes alerts warning consumers about certain traders.  We also use this page to update consumer about any further legal action against these traders after the alert. 

If you purchase from a business under administration via credit card and have not recieved it, you may be eligible for a chargeback
